These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FastCopyrightFiling.com ("the Service"), operated by Cryp Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
FastCopyrightFiling.com is a copyright registration filing service. We prepare and submit copyright registration applications to the US Copyright Office on behalf of our customers.
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes legal advice. If you need legal advice about your copyright, please consult a qualified intellectual property attorney.
2. Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We file applications based on the information you supply. If your application is rejected, delayed, or otherwise adversely affected due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by you, we are not liable.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the author of the work, or you are an authorized representative of the author with legal authority to file on their behalf.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- The work you are registering does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of any third party.
3. Processing Times Are Estimates
We endeavor to file every order within 2-3 business days of payment, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. The US Copyright Office's processing times (typically 3-12 months) are entirely outside our control. We make no warranty about how long the Copyright Office will take to process your application.
4. No Outcome Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that the US Copyright Office will approve your registration. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Copyright Office based on their review of your application. We can, however, guarantee that we will diligently prepare and submit your application using the information you provide.
5. Pricing
Our prices are clearly stated on our website. Government filing fees ($65 for single works, $85 for groups) are included in our pricing. All payments are processed in USD by Stripe.
6. Refund Policy
See our full Refund Policy. In summary: if we have not yet filed your registration with the Copyright Office, we will issue a full refund. Once filed, refunds are not available because the government filing fee is non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the works you submit. We claim no ownership of your creative work and only use it for the purpose of filing your copyright registration. We will not distribute, publish, or use your work for any other purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryp Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or rejections by the US Copyright Office. We are not responsible for losses resulting from copyright infringement of your work, whether registered or not.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryp Solutions LLC from any claims arising from (a) information you provide that is inaccurate or infringes third-party rights, or (b) your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
